Return & Exchange Policy

  2. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the book. After this period, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase.

  3. Condition of the Book: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the book must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or signs of wear.

  4. Return Process:

    1. Contact Customer Support: Please email our customer support at hello@theipyagency.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details. Our team will guide you through the return process.

    2.  Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization if eligible. Please include this authorization along with the returned item.

    3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged book).

    4. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method or initiate the exchange as requested.

 

Note: Please ensure to securely package the book for return to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.
